Census Bureau, Geography Division

Department of Commerce

Our team supports the Census Bureau Geography Division (GEO) in software development, operations, and maintenance of many large databases, batch, and interactive applications. These include the Master Address File/Topologically Integrated Geographic Encoding and Referencing (MAF/TIGER) database (MTDB). We are the leading member of SBD Alliant Joint Venture (JV) for this ten year contract and have full delegation of authority to act as the prime contractor. We ensure that technologies are appropriately applied and compliant with applicable quality standards.

Office of Biometric Identity Management

Department of Homeland Security

Our team supports the operation and maintenance of one of the largest biometric databases (IDENT), as well as the documents database for Arrival and Departure of all vessels (ADIS) for the Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM). We provide enterprise database and systems administration, security, monitoring, data analytics, systems migration, and application Authority to Operate (ATO) POA&M remediation.

Our engineers design, configure, and deploy new enterprise cluster environments, leading the planning and execution in primary and DR-COOP datacenters. We are instrumental in the design and setup of moving OBIM into Cloud computing as we support the Dev/Test as a Service (DTaaS) within the OBIM private cloud. We create a break-fix environment for applications, databases, and OS patching in a virtualized environment.

United States Citizenship & Immigration Services

Department of Homeland Security

Our team provides continuous support to the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services’ (USCIS) mission critical systems across all three USCIS data centers since its inception. We actively support operations while providing technical project management on mission critical applications. We also provide enterprise database management, systems administration, security, monitoring, systems migration, and data center consolidation.

In an agile environment, efforts are underway to transform and modernize the existing infrastructure for the updated USCIS Electronic Immigration System (USCIS ELIS) by our engineers and subject matter experts. This work includes the opportunity to leverage unstructured data, virtualization, and automated environment configuration.

United States Immigration & Customs Enforcement

Department of Homeland Security

Our team has provided full application development life cycle support to the United States Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) for the first dimensional data warehouse, the ICE Integrated Decision Support (IIDS) system, and the Financial Repository Reporting (FRR) system, in a high availability environment at the DHS data center.

We currently provide AIX and CA-IDMS mainframe operation and maintenance support for DHS datacenters (DC1/DC2). We have, and continue to, receive numerous customer accolades for our outstanding work.

Veterans Health Administration, Office of Health Information

Department of Veterans’ Affairs

Our team provided business requirements analysis for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Office of Health Information (OHI) to VHA stakeholders for health care IT systems. We elicited and documented stakeholder business requirements utilized by VHA to support funding determinations and development activities. Our team maintained accurate and reliable records that were essential to the requirements repository maintained by HS. The work products were inclusive of requirements management planning activities that supported governance processes. These also included detailed requirements elicitation that were the foundation of the design and development phases for funded projects.

Congressional Research Service, Office of Information Management & Technology

Library of Congress

Our team provided support to the Congressional Research Service, Office of Information Management & Technology and migrated legacy systems from Oracle 9i to new target systems, Oracle 11g. We led troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrading efforts and expanded systems used by the Library of Congress (LOC) computing community while working closely with government employees and contract staff. Our migration plan addressed both modernization and relocation of databases to new hardware in order to decrease the load on the current servers’ hardware and enhance user experience.
