Magdy Aziz

CoFounder, President and Chief Executive Officer

As the President, Chief Executive Officer of Five 9 Group, Magdy co-founded the company and instilled an employee centric corporate culture, as well as led efforts to be a trusted advisor and partner to customers. Magdy has over twenty five years of experience developing and managing highly critical and sensitive data and business intelligence systems for the United States government. He has led large integration projects, strategic planning, schedule control, earned value techniques, software implementations, data center operation support, and disaster recovery planning. Magdy has a proven track-record building and motivating diverse work-force teams in professionally challenging situations.

Magdy has a BA in Accounting and Management from the University of Ain Shams and a BA in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) has an Oracle Database Administrator Certified Masters and certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL V3).

Bill Tse

CoFounder, CoChief Executive Officer

As the co-Chief Executive Officer of Five 9 Group, Bill co- founded the company and has instilled a culture of innovation and commitment to employees’ continuous learning and development. Bill has twenty five years of experience leading IT efforts in the public and private sector. He is a leading expert in Unix systems, Oracle databases, and database programming. He has worked at Sprint, Atlantic Research Corporation, and consulted for the Office of Naval Intelligence, the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS – now the Department of Homeland Security), Omnipoint (now part of T-Mobile and France Telecom) and Strayer University. His contributions include developing custom code for industry leaders including Capital Care (D.C. Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO branch) and Academic software company Datatel.

Bill has a BS from Strayer University in Data Processing Management and has served as a faculty member teaching computer programming and has studied Chemistry for four years at George Mason University.
