We have full delegation of authority to act as the prime contractor under the SBD Alliant joint venture (JV) for this ten year contract . Our team supports the operation and maintenance of one of the largest biometric databases (IDENT), as well as the documents database for Arrival and Departure of all vessels (ADIS) for the Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM). We provide enterprise database and systems administration, security, monitoring, data analytics, systems migration, and application of Authority to Operate (ATO) POA&M remediation.
Our engineers design, configure, and deploy new enterprise cluster environments, leading the planning and execution in primary and DR-COOP datacenters. We are instrumental in the design and setup of moving OBIM into Cloud computing as we support the Dev/Test as a Service (DTaaS) within the OBIM private cloud. We create a break-fix environment for applications, databases, and OS patching in a virtualized environment.

F9G team utilizes AWS Cloud services for all its software development, testing and deployment to all environments (dev, test, pre-prod, performance). Five 9 Group is leveraging a variety of AWS cloud storage services including AWS RDS, EBS, ElastiCache, and S3 services to manage static pages and dynamic content. Our team has also implemented a message queueing system using AWS SQS. Additionally, our team has implemented a DevOps CI/CD pipeline utilizing various AWS services. Test automation, Behavior-driven Development (BDD) and Test-driven Testing (TDD) are key elements of our agile application engineering services. Our team utilizes a wide range of automated testing tools and frameworks including Selenium, Cucumber, Serenity for automated acceptance testing. For performance, stress and load testing, our team utilizes several technologies including New Relic and Splunk. The Splunk App for AWS enables F9G team to instantly gain critical visibility into user administrative actions in an AWS account.

Five 9 Group provides software testing services including Section 508 testing, user acceptance testing as well as IV&V services to agile teams tasked with sustaining, modernizing and migrating a large portfolio of legacy systems to AWS cloud environment. The Customer Service Portfolio consists of multiple public-facing, web-based systems including Customer Management Information System (CMIS), Customer Relationship Information System (CRIS), Customer Service Web Portal (CSWP), Electronic Filing (E-filing), InfoPass and National Customer Service Center at Tier 2 (NCSC-Seibel).
